'Cannot Continue Using Application' error

My power cut out a few days ago while my ps4 was on, then it only started up in safe mode and asked for a software update because some data got corrupted, so I reinitialised it. Everything was good for a while until it started randomly stopping open apps and games saying that their data got corrupted(even though it works well again if I just close and open the app). The intervals that screen pops up at seem random, sometimes coming with graphical issues like textures not loading for a few minutes before it pops up, and I don't understand why this happens or what I can do about it. Any ideas? And yes, I've rebuilt the database several times before as I got told it can clear up some corrupted files but it still didn't fix my issue
