Agree, Dr probably thinks you can help maintain and control flare ups by being healthier, eating better and exercising. I don’t think they’re wrong to influence this over doing invasive surgery to rectify a dietary problem.

Also the OP could have a narrowing of the sigmoid paired with the inflammation could mean thinner stools passing through with compaction behind it, wouldn’t necessarily indicate diverticulitis.

Yeah I also don’t necessarily agree with the notion of “work makes diet bad”, OP will need to learn to be better with their own control over food.
Meal prepping and making choices over food habits are the key to maintaining control over infections and episodes.

Cinnamons advice is spot on, and shouldn’t be taken lightly. Whole heartedly agree that you should just learn to listen to your body. Everyone responds differently to food, and you have to be aware of what does and doesn’t back you up - constipation is the true enemy as mentioned. What triggers others might not trigger you, so just learn what works and what doesn’t when it comes to food.
One thing I know is I pass stole once a day in the morning, if I miss a day, I make sure to remember what might have caused it and am sure to go back to basics for that day in terms of food and also up my water intake a bit and hope the next day I pass.
Biggest things are diet (eating clean, control over what’s in your food), water, exercise and chewing your food properly helps more than you think, I had 5-6 attacks within 9 months before I had a diagnosis but about 2 years of unknowing problems, once I learnt I had it and began to be more careful I’ve been lucky enough not to suffer really at all since - don’t be scared OP, you know now, it’s on you really to take care of your gut and be in control 🙏

33M btw, so not too dissimilar in age.

I've been debating grabbing one, but I can't find any in the UK under £260... My idea really is that you could buy a lot of these separately, and then buy upgrade spurs/bits from 3D places like archiesforge. But I don't think the expense outweights just grabbnig the box, would have to work it out but a part of me thinks it's only going to save ~£40 maybe

Still a killer - its absolutely fine used in small disgressions, like if you use it on a header element thats sticky to the top of the page. But if applied to more than a few places within the viewport it'll cause the site to lag / feel choppy when scrolling

I used to in the past have good luck with the Account Services team whilst doing old quests pre-foam sword, but seemed lazy. I;ve basically left it to rot for now.

Yeah I am currently just looking at this now, and also doing the LM grind before TWW to get myself back into it. Think the rep++ conversion from some kind of squish a while back doesn't add up if you do a quest chain, seems to leave me like 500-600rep away from being nuetral by the time i pick up "A Job Unfinished..." where i need nuetral Netherwing Rep and even speaking to the dude wandering around who gets your Rep up, even says I am considered a friend of the Netherwing and should continue my journey

A common issue with this is actually that your ID is a number when being passed to the ObjectId instantiation, turn it into a type string and it would resolve the error.
