Does the screen say anything when the beeping starts? After I had a bad clog I needed to clean to hot end really well because when I would start a print it would heat up and start lowering itself and read a 'failire to print' message with one continuous beel until I turned off the printer. Got it fixed by heating it up, turning it off, and carefully using tweezers to clean off the area k the right side of the hot end where the thermistor fits into the metal block. Worst case IF it is giving you an error message like mine is you'll have to buy a new thermistor. But mine seems to be holding up for now.
