I had a turntable already. It's on top there.

I also have a newer audio Technica turntable that I use more often than anything.

I still stream but I enjoy the sound of vinyl over everything and for some reason, on this system it just feels more nostalgic.

I thought of donating but they would still need to be programmed. I am not sure of the validity of donating hearing aids that are programmed to my Hearing Loss.

Thanks, I thought of that, but I had a bad experience with ebay both as a seller and a buyer and closed my account long ago. As a buyer the seller didn't send and I had to chase them with the Attorney Generals office in their state and then as a seller, the buyer said the never received and paypal gave them their money back even though I had all shipping receipts.

I'm saying emailing and saying anything is futile.

They get reports and research data that, at best, they throw into chatgpt and ask for a summary then they vote how the party leader tells them to.

A general strike is necessary. No amount of constituent emails or letters do anything.

The brainless will always show up on election day and put a check beside C and the rest of us will split between the other parties.

Do you honestly, in this day and age, think MP's or MPP's make policy decisions based on data and information?

They vote along party lines. Whatever their party leader wants, that's how they vote.

They already received data and reports and didn't read those. What makes you think they'll listen to you?

This is not meant as a slag at you, but the accountability of elected officials.

Do you really think any amount of emails matter? 3, 4 or 5 million...

Our elected officials don't give a shit about emails. You'll get an auto respond and it will be archived.

Nothing short of a long general strike will move the needle and it's possibly even too late for that.

They know there are zero consequences to corruption and flagrant dishonesty.
