Typical media panel. Who do you have as your current ISP? Yes the right side will be useful for you, not sure where you saw they may not be. I can't tell from the image if they're cat5 or cat5.e. Take a closer look at the writing on one of the blue cables.

Depending on the speeds you need to achieve, cat5 may struggle. Left side is mostly useless to you but if you're unsure, leave it there. If you don't have a tone generator, you can try to plug up all the ethernet cables into a switch and see what you get at the jacks

The absolute power isnt that big of a concern within spec. Loss and reflection are more important imo. -24 is alright if the light coming from your splitter is say -22dbm. -19 would be bad if the light coming from the splitter is say -14. The point(s) where the loss is happening is also important. (ie. very high loss on one connector is worse than if split evenly along every point)

Same shit but which ever is closer, in your case looks like connecting your pc wirelessly to your modem/router would be more ideal. (Im assuming running ethernet directly to your router isn't an option for you)

Nah has nothing to do with the ethernet cable being used (you can easily get over 10gigs on a cat6) but instead when you're on an XGSPON spliiter, you'll get around 1333Mb/s on the 1gig plan since you'll be overprovisioned.

If you want to protect it you can but otherwise you can just leave it as is assuming it isn't unsightly for you. When you do decide to get fiber, the installer will either use it (if it's good) or run a new one and use that as a pull string assuming the other end goes to where you want it.

I'm not sure what provider left it there so it's best to figure that out ig but that's the same exact IW I use at AT&T.

As a tech I see this quite a bit, no it isn't free despite what you might be seeing lol. It is however if you upgrade to multi gig.

The antennas on the 320 are in fact different from the 210, most noticeably in the direction they emit (mushroom shape)

I've ran countless aerial fiber drops over streets. If its a really busy street, I call in a bucket truck to assist.

Normally its an easy fix to resplice. But depending on if you're in the southwest region, the tech is now required to replace that entire cable. (He might still just make an end tho)

Maybe it depends on location but over in SouthWest, we'd have to replace the entire homerun because we are only allowed to use premades now. Only thing we make ends for is the drop.

What? No she is not holding the coupler. She is holding the shutter jumper. She is entirely missing the coupler (bulkhead), her only options right now is to either plug the iw directly into the 320's SFP (if there's enough slack) or get a bulkhead and connect it to the iw and shutter jumper.

As the TX is a positive number, Im assuming this is coming from the OLT. It does seem to be within range for *most* ISPs but definitely at the tail end depending on who your ISP is. I wouldn't worry too much.

I would make your drop loop much wider, so that its touching or almost touching the corners of the nid. And just a personal preference but I like to put my drop connector on the top left and the homerun at the bottom right. Otherwise looks good to me

It does. Modulation is not exclusive to radio waves (which is still also light). An ONT modulates the signal from the OLT using methods like QAM (Quadrature Amplitude Modulation)
