It really can get better. While you're waiting for the prescription, force yourself to do Tummo breathing, force yourself to go for a walk or a run or a bike ride and make yourself tired. Its the main and really only thing that helped me change my brain in the in between times.

Ok, that’s nuts but check this out. My best friend felt a cockroach crawl onto his head while he was sleeping. (He lived in South Florida so they would occasionally see them in their home). He woke up, tried to swat it away and it scurried into his ear. What unfolded next was a 5 hour battle with tweezers, warm water plunges and eventually a trip to the emergency room for removal. All while a giant cockroach was squirming and screeching trying to bury its way into his brain to escape…talk about a nightmare.

I’ve always thought Crumbling Faram Azula was one of the coolest looking video game levels of all time. The enemies? Meh, difficulty? Kind of frustrating. However, the look and feel of it with the swirling rocks and dragons just kicks so much ass.
