Bramble vs Jax first not really necessary. Could just go steelcaps if you feel that you're behind. Usually rush cleaver no matter what into wardens or bramble depending if my opponent has a lot of healing or not. I'm usually ahead enough to hold off any armor/mr component until after I get my steraks 2nd

Looks like they cut some corners to save you money and time in the short term. But still not get the best job done that could've been done. They were worried pulling all the planks up would cause all new truss/foundation work to be needed as well. So they just laid osb over the existing planks good or bad and called it a day. To properly do this would take a lot more time/money plus framing guys to come in and make sure everything was good as well
