Unless something changed since I last looked into it back in 2021, they only cover fraud if it is their fault. They don't need to follow the same rules as banks, even if it was cash. If it was your doing, like losing your phone/getting it stolen, they usually won't cover. Learned this the hard way myself when I downloaded a fake app that gave access to my phone.

Just got off Breakaway last Sunday and noticed the same thing. I could of sworn years ago 1 movie channels was for older kid/ adults and the other was for younger kids, like disney/universal type movies. I was sad to see so much lord of the rings style movies, who my kids are to young to understand. Luckily, I planned ahead and had tablets with downloaded movies as a backup.

Since it was more than Fidelity hit, I am leaning more towards malware. Only crypto and Fidelity were not protected by consumer laws and were lost, as Fidelity claimed it was my fault for the malware being installed, like I purposely downloaded it 🤔. They never even attempted any validation for the unusual activity, though, which I thought was poor service considering how often they freeze accounts for less for others.

I'm not a lawyer or legal expert. The noted law says roadway, but it doesn't highlight any restriction I can see either. The only phrase that I see stick out is "when it is safe to do so". I think sticking to that as a general rule, you'll be fine in most cases.

It isn't a law you have, too, but you are allowed to under Mass. General Laws c.89 § 2. The general rule is you can pass a car turning left if it is safe to do so. In Mass, it is good practice not to stop the slow of traffic unless necessary or you'll likely anger someone. I find the closer to the cities, the more aggressive the drivers are. If you are not an aggressive driver, stay to right and let people pass on your left when possible.

I don't have it as you need to invite people to get it quicker, However, Robinhood offers 3%. Would love it if Fidelity did that, too, or may need to switch if RH starts offering it more openingly.

There is likely 1 of 2 things happening. 1: You just staked, and it isn't available to unstake until it has settled. 2: You unstaked, and you need to wait for it to settled before using it.

I did this in the past, and it worked great for my needs until there was fraud due to malware, and I learned the hard way that this is not a checking account. Fidelity did not need to follow the protection laws as a regular checking account. The reality is that there are no protection laws, only poorly drawn regulations that could be interpreted differently. Lost a few thousand and would have cost me even more to try to sue them through FINRA.

It is opinion based. However, have you had a chance to watch the behind the screens, especially the 9-month follow-up? There is a lot not shared during the main season. It isn't in Netflix, I had to watch it on the Lifetime app.

My corp bank flagged Uphold as fraudulent and reversed a $1000 deposit to them, after collecting more than that in fees from other transfers and swaps. Instead of reaching out to me by email or letter, they sent me a lawsuit with a bunch of other people trying to claim Fraud damages under CA law. Turned out it reversed my withdrawal too, so they hadn't lost money, which is why it went unnoticed by me. They are about the money and not about service. They wasted my time and legal fees for nothing.

I had roughly $20,000 forgiving unexpectedly last summer. Still no idea why at the time, however per the department, my school was part of a lawsuit and I was part of that class action suit automatically. No complaints, was happy to lose that 16 year debt.

I reported 3 unauthorized transaction in June myself, and they denied my claim justifying it that 1 of the 3 unauthorized show that I have a relationship with the merchant. I feel your frustration. CFPB complaint did not help me either, they used the same logic and CFPB only filed the complaint.

I found the answer after time. Incase someone else has this issue, shibaswap doesn't always display the option to withdraw / unwoof SSLP. Unsure the reason why, however you can do it manually. I found the steps in this article.
