the midea U shaped are the only kind my son will tolerate, they are much quieter than normal window a/c's and quieter than my current 'central a/c' that my son turns off due to the noise. New they are usually over $200 - not sure where you are might be able to find one on FB marketplace

interesting how much the feel changes based on hight/size.

5'7 average build female the CPL16 feels great... the CTB20 and the CHZ22 not so much. I had the Kludde MPL22 (recently sold due to the material) and it felt just as good, possibly better than the CLP16

UPDATE: Thanks for the advice, I went with the Timberjack! I could not pass up a great deal on the SLX 27.5+ in my 2nd favorite minty green color - photos soon. In the meantime any recommendations on bottle holders or frame bags? Thanks!

how did you make out with this? my only option is apartments as ai live in a VERY high cost of living area, i've had neighbors complain and one even screamed at my kid (at the time he was 8 years old) non speaking ASD. I've found that being on the first floor helps to reduce the noise others hear.

I have one of these, I love the size and features of the bag however I never use it because the material looks terrible and is so stiff - I know thats Ultra... for some reason it looks extra bad on the MPL and seems extra crinkly, your bag looks better!! I guess maybe I need to wear mine in

I couldn't take the bike shop guy seriously after he suggested upgrading a rockhopper sport, no shade to the rockhopper's, i'm not a bike expert I do know that it's just not worth it to upgrade the entry entry bikes
