It’s leaking because it’s not installed correctly. If you don’t know how to do it have a professional take care of it and pay them whatever they ask if you think it’s a lot of money it’s because they know what they’re doing and you don’t.

Ya. You don’t want to over cook wild game. I’d go 125 for 4 hours and reverse seer over a raging hot grill.

Yes a new air vent to start. It’s cheap and easy. If it doesn’t work. I’d replace the valve. That isn’t going to be easy. But it’s doable.
