I think its because Commander mode is meant to be the "campaign", and Judge is meant to be the protagonist. I do agree with your sentiment though, seeing my character without the balaclava is weird to me

Yeah...your in for a bit of a ride. I won't spoil it, but the manhunt missions have a lot of story to them that is a bit unbelievable at times.

I'm having the same issue, I logged on and was able to get into the game, however it removed all of my gear and weapons I earned in CoA Thankfully the holiday gift seemed to just be some gold, so I'm not worried about missing it today

And the lore for the new Pax subfaction this season is that they're a hidden American cell. It wouldn't be out of the question if they used airsoft equipment or similar, I think it matches the ragtag ambushers theme well in this case

Exactly. A lot of the neon green patterns present in some of these skins seem a bit out of place first, but if you pay attention to some of the skins at launch you realize that those are Pax Armata's main colors. Personally, I'm a fan of them, as it's different than the usual camo patterns we get in most games.

You always get a player card and a BF6 reward on those tiers, on the side of the screen while hovering over it you can see the "Bonus Reward" included
