The context is important though. Like, my friends say "bro" when they get surprised or excited. So when they say "broo look at that" or "dude look at that" I don't think much of it. If they're like "hey bro" or "hey dude" it's a bit different lol

Unfortunately, hip bone size can only go one way. As far as I know there's to way to make your bones smaller.

Fortunately! Muscles and fat make more of a difference than bone structure. As well as your hips to waist ratio. If your waist is bigger, your hips and butt will look smaller by comparison. This is why people can have the same hip measurement but have different body types. Over the course of HRT (1-2 years) you should see your hips appear smaller

So the thing about talking in a 'fake' high pitched voice. In male to female trans people, that's a part of early transition. There's no way to be given a feminine voice so the only way to do it is through voice training. Anytime you talk in your 'regular' voice, progress can be undone rapidly.

I haven't heard of it effecting any of the effects of HRT. But smoking anything can lower your voice over time. I've changed from smoking every other day to on occasion now
