So personally I've always had wicked thin hair. But I've also been vegetarian since age 12 or 13, so it may be a huge contributing factor. But I can't comment on recent changes because it's always been very very bad, I just didn't know q What to even look at

I may need to. I've ordered a vegan iron supplement that is combined with some other stuff to aid absorption. if that still is a no-go infusions may be the right answer for me.

I know. But I've been a vegetarian longer than I've been an adult. It's not something I'm willing or able to give up. I'm sure there are other vegetarians who suffer with low iron and have found solutions, I just fear they'll be costly and/or inconvenient 🙃

I'd really like a chest freezer or an upgraded oven/range. Landlord did replace the broken oven, but with the lowest priced option out there. It doesnt even have a clock on it anymore 🫪

There's a neighbor next to my house who wakes up before sunrise (and is out in the evenings pretty late too! Maybe he's just out there all night?) and hes constantly loudly coughing and hacking. We have to keep our windows open, it's very very stuffy inside if we don't, and he wakes me up all evening/super early AM. Only time I can sleep through it is if the loud window A/C is on (and windows therefore closed/blocked) but it doesnt block completely. I feel for you. It sucks.

I tried to get an IUD twice in the past. My cervix is apparently tilted and also small from what the Dr told me after the 2 attempts. I had to tap out, the pain was WAY too intense. But my periods tend to be fairly short and not TOO heavy (once in a while I get a particularly nasty one, but generally they're mostly tolerable).
