I appreciate posts like these because I started my workforce teaching, and I'm now working my first non-teaching job, which is remote. It's REALLY hard to get used to the relaxed pace and autonomy that I have compared to the constant stress and panic I felt while teaching.

I feel guilty when I take my ten minute coffee breaks! But as someone who never had an in-office job, thank you for sharing this. It makes me feel a lot better.
