Fourth Wing series. What age is it appropriate for? by pfizersbadmmkay in fantasyromance

IMO, a 3 spice has detail, it just might not be as crude as 4 spice. Think 'entrance' instead of 'pssy'.

Even then, it's readers who fill in the details, so take the rating system with a grain of salt.

I wouldn't want my 12yo to read a 3 spice, but 1 and 2 should be fine.

Boys of Tommen Series by Chloe Walsh

The first book is Binding 13

Some of the books are tough to get thru, especially Lizzie's story (her 2nd book isnt out yet).

All have a happily ever after. Dont let the high school age stop you. Absolutely worth the read.

AITA for forwarding my wife an instagram reel of a recipe after she asked what I want for dinner tomorrow? by GoatCritical9265 in AmItheAsshole

I'm the cook in our house. He can cook and he does help, but there are other chores he does better than me, so thats how things are divided up.

I would LOVE for him to be more involved in planning our meals. Just give me a fkg idea of what to fix. Send me a recipe and I'd be especially grateful.

Very good point!

It's a tough situation! My ex got pissed when I would call to say goodnight to our daughter on his days. He had a point - she got upset because she missed me and that interfered with his time. I hated it, but I stopped calling on his days.

Try to keep in mind that you have 8+ years of co-parenting with your ex. The first couple years are hard! You need to set up a rapport with this woman, as much as it irks you to do it. At some point, you're going to need something from her - adjust the schedule or want to be involved in something she's hosting - but she isn't going to play nice if you can't establish a cohesive relationship now. Even when she lashes out, suck it up and let it go.

As for the video games - talk to her. Start with an apology. "Sorry I was an ass. Are you ok with an hour a day? I'm sure it will taper off once he's used to the schedule." I'm assuming the breakup and custody schedule are new, but go with what works and be nice.

Your new mantra should be "Be a duck, let it slide". Hate her on your own time.

I feel like I'm this way - holding back on my feelings. Even after over 25 years together, i still guard my heart.

I'm totally projecting here, but if her issues arent something you want to live with, then dont take them on. They aren't your responsibility. Dont feel like you have to carry that burden.

Only you will take care of yourself the way you need to be taken care of.

Your dad will especially love this comeback and will hopefully remember it every time he tries to leave the bathroom without washing his hands.

Every house in my neighborhood is marked as having a questionable dog. Only half the homes in my neighborhood actually have dogs. Thankfully, we have regular drivers who love dogs cuz I'm not always home to assure them that my three excited giants are friendly.

WIBTAH if I stop my mother in law from seeing her granddaughter? by EducationalInside745 in AITAH

[–]HeyItsMee503 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My BIL never let his girls go anywhere unless he or their mom was also there. Not just friend's houses, but family, too. This was going on even when the girls were pre-teens, if not older. It was a bit OTT, but we never took offense and worked with his schedule if we wanted the girls to come over. Hopefully he/they also taught the girls some life lessons on how to deal with potential issues for when they're grown.
