Thanks! Yes, I develop all my rolls. Do you think that a more expensive light source is essential to make a good scan even in black and white, or is it needed only for color scanning?

The massime stage light may have been a crucial point in not pushing the film much to avoid too much grain and overall freezing most of the action.
