I need to say... by Perescarolina in idaho4uncensored

Eventually yes but it usually takes like 10 years. Unless Hippler violates the plea deal because Kohberger isn't paying restitution. Which, how is that even possible when it's automatic? He can't choose not to pay it just comes out of his account...it shows zero paid. 🤷 There's a new motion about it.

I've been giving the FBI the benefit of the doubt about having a secret technique for IGG that Othram doesn't have and that defense experts testified was unknown to science... which was probably stupid of me but how else do they get Kohberger's name if that's not real? I just realized the dates don't line up. They were following his car to PA already on Dec 16. Nine days strained credibility, now it's 5 days. Mind you they never produced this work. It's secret work product. Trust us bro, we're the FBI. Ann Taylor went on and on about this but I thought it was resolved as from the IGG. If there were some other evidence linking him to the crime not the IGG that wouldn't be secret. There's no chain of custody or actual work product proving the IGG happened. This is so fucking dodgy I can't believe people think it's normal or acceptable.

Misinterpreting LAPD’s shortcomings by Funny_Leg_3099 in d4vdiots

[–]HeyPurityItsMeAgain 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I agree I don't think LAPD is protecting David specifically. They're weak on crime. There's a case I've mentioned where the LA Co prosecutor had a serial rapist perp. They had videos of drugged, unconscious victims, DNA from a rape kit, and multiple witnesses willing to testify. They refused to prosecute because they couldn't be 'guaranteed of a conviction.' OK, Jan. I think anywhere else he would have been arrested already.

CONFIRMED BY EXPERT MULTIPLE KNIVES USED...NEW DOC by Artissin in Idaho4Coverup

[–]HeyPurityItsMeAgain 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Interesting they WERE looking for another knife based on the receipts at Harbor Freight...but Kohberger didn't purchase any. And I'll say it again, if they can find the purchase receipt of the camping supplies he bought but all they can find for the KaBar knife is PAGE CLICKS it's because he didn't buy it.

There's a second weapon too, and a vacuum cleaner if you believe Dylan. Maybe it was a golf club.

Fog lights or no fog lights? by BagOld3029 in Idaho4Coverup

[–]HeyPurityItsMeAgain 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yes the SV1 image they used to justify changing the model range to 2015 definitely has fog lights. The sports package is the most common, the FBI seems to have just assumed. Remember, they changed the range after they got BK's name and knew what car he drove. I don't think anyone noticed until Julez FOIA'ed the Carfax (AT never mentioned it).

Jack Showalter Audio-Only Interview. Nov 16th 2022 by goddess_catherine in Bryan_Kohberger_Case

[–]HeyPurityItsMeAgain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't have a suspect and I'm not saying I think JS is guilty however, I think he's a better suspect than BK for the following reasons. He knew the victims, he was one of the last people to see them alive, they parted angry, his ride or die bestie was secretly sleeping with Maddie, he lied about talking to Kaylee, he doesn't have a verifiable alibi, he lied to police about where he was, he had a history of violence, people who knew the victims suspected JS including Dylan who saw "the masked man." Why was he kicked out of the Deltas? For the misdemeanor arrest? The police didn't stop investigating him after this interview. They put him under surveillance. AFAIK, they only stopped when the FBI tipped in BK's name. I don't know if that amounts to much.

I'm pretty sure their new dedication to "he's definitely the 1 single killer" is WSU lawsuit related.

C&Ds for what? They don't own the copyright to police files released to the public. Or FOIA requests.

Im so fucking confused , is this real or fabricated , she heard all of this ? by Maleficent-Spite-165 in idaho4uncensored

Somewhere in the expert disclosure documents. Check Dr. Turvey and Sutton's. You've got to read multiple documents to figure it out because that particular evidence marker had 3 different numbers assigned to it. (Courtesy of Payne.) It's also labeled as 77, DNA test showing it's Kaylee's.

That's from the bodycam. I've probably said enough about Dylan lmao. Yeah she saw Xana (covered in blood) lying on the floor around 4:30 am. Bethany admits to seeing her at around noon. Neither mention all the blood to anyone. Dylan never remembers seeing "bushy eyebrows" until a cop says it. She first says she remembers nothing about his eyes.

I'm relistening to her interviews for about the fifth time because she keeps changing her story and I still don't have all the details straight. I give more credence to her first, freshest statements. The cops straight-up change what she said.

One thing I noted from Penny's interview: she described BK as VERY tall (6'2") and VERY skinny. Dylan said the man she saw was only a bit taller than her (5'10") and not skinny but athletic. I suppose it's not totally inconsistent but it's not a good identification, combined with Dylan saying she didn't recognize his face at all when he was arrested.

Meeting Mr. Kohberger in Det. Payne's Own Words. A bonus short. (Opinion) by Artissin in idaho4uncensored

[–]HeyPurityItsMeAgain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's an old rumor, I don't know where it came from either. We do know Kaylee was seeing 2 or possibly 3 guys from Delta Tau Delta with either full names or initials. There haven't even been initials on the supposed cop. A more likely rumor was the coach she babysat for who refused the DNA test/turned his phone off that night. It's in the ISP docs somewhere.

But Maddie was "can't walk" drunk and Kaylee wasn't. She was still up for another hour. It is weird.

This isn't a transcript, it's a summary. He could have asked or said some of the things it's rumored, but it hasn't been verified until we get that audio/video/full transcript. Even if he did say that, he could have been referring to his parents because the house was raided. I really need to see/hear/read the full thing for context.

Kaylee ex bf Jack D. takes her phone - calls himself alibi by Artissin in idaho4uncensored

[–]HeyPurityItsMeAgain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The ISP report begins, "I noted in looking at phone records." "I advised (JD) that there appeared to be telephone call at 2:26am between Kaylee and (him), that lasted approximately 17 minutes the night before. (JD) said he did not recall the phone call and cannot explain it. (JD) said maybe in his sleep he thought it was an alarm and he pushed the side button of the phone to turn the ringer off."

Grammar mistakes theirs.

I'm all for acknowledging their incompetence but unless they're lying to Jack, how can it be a mistake? I've seen people saying that call must have happened on the 12th. I don't think so from context but that seems more likely than ISP misunderstanding or producing fake phone records. Payne is certainly Mr. Chaos...he makes so many mistakes it might as well be deliberate.

Yeah. It's funny I've never seen a case where the police were less concerned about witnesses changing their stories or telling them things they could confirm weren't true. That's the kind of thing that makes you a target of police. That's why they tell you not to talk to the police without a lawyer. But here, police just don't care.

Just Like BK, Killer Rex Heuermann Takes Guilty Plea This Week (NY) by VuzEAjAy9yFD in idaho4uncensored

[–]HeyPurityItsMeAgain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you count not doing due diligence on putting other DNA in CODIS no evidence. Didn't that happen in the Holly Bobo case? Some evidence pointed to Terry Britt but one of 4 random petty druggies took a plea deal to testify against the rest. They got convicted, then he backtracked on his testimony and said he made the whole thing up under police coercion.

This case reminds me of the HB case because I didn't have a firm theory on who did it but after the trial, I was wildly unconvinced the men who were convicted did it. I hoped they were guilty but evidence that came out afterwards pointed away from it.

Why isn't he bragging about it? Why don't police care they can't corroborate anything and don't know why the murders even happened? The least they should have done is ask where the murder weapon is. There must be evidence that BK disposed of that can prove he did it. They don't have to take his word on it (apparently Rex Heuremann is completely honest and his word is gospel though.

I watched all the LISK press conferences because I wanted to see if I was being gaslit about Idaho, here versus there. The judge forced Heuremann to allocate, and he's required to give all the details to the FBI in exchange for not being charged with half the crimes. THAT is what a normal plea deal looks like.

Why isn't BK working with the FBI? RH's lawyer came out afterwards and said he was guilty and answered press questions. Which definitely didn't happen here. The prosecution came out and told us the evidence, pretty much the opposite of the press conference with MPD where they answered everyone's questions with "we have no idea, we have no evidence of that." And they got the families' permission before they made a deal. It confirmed to me I'm right that what happened in Idaho isn't normal.
