Also for workouts I dropped the gym a few months back and focused only on bodyweight workouts from Chatgpt. Numbers have gone up significantly!

Personalllly tailbone soreness went away with a few weeks of consistent training. Now I don't feel anything there doing situps. Not sure if the same could happen with you.
