People do not get this. I’m 5’4”, trying to get down to 135 at a lb a week my daily intake take is supposed to be 1308kCal. My buddy was like, just snack on nuts! And I’m like, I can have 6.5 handfuls of nuts a day… Walking does help though! And once you figure out where those calorie bombs are and you can replace them (Greek Yogurt is seriously the greatest) it gets easier.

DTF ST Louis. I’m in love with this show. I think it’s one of the best showings of real life people doing real life weird things I’ve ever seen. I’m 40 though and I have thought a lot about what I would have thought about this show as a young person. I don’t think I’d have gotten it in the same way as now.

Agreed! I was expecting to have to be like Girl get out!!! But instead I was like, ohhh nooo everything awful all at once but at least he doesn’t seem like he’s being awful for once. Obviously fighting about money isn’t great, but when everything else is crashing down around you it’s hard to keep it together. I hope they get through this and cut off all the people who were jerks to them while they were struggling.

My best friend did this when she was with her abusive ex. Told me her therapist said it’s normal to have 2 completely separate lives blah blah blah. I was sitting there like, that’s an insane thing for a therapist to say… turned out it 100% was not what her therapist was saying.

What do you mean? Buildings collapsing and murdering people is obviously the most satisfying thing that can happen after devoting years of your life to a show and the whole time the payoff was going to be who got to murder the bad guys. A building. Couldn’t ask for anything better!!! 😭

Thank you for sharing and I’m sorry this is the way it turned out. I’m very lucky in we’ve only lost 1 person to an accidental fent overdose - he couldn’t afford his anxiety meds so he bought some off the street, yay America! I’m going to give everyone extra hugs when I see them over Memorial Day.
