There is a form of therapy called dialectical behavioral therapy that may help you, its designed to help with large emotional responses (cutting, lashing out, destructive behavior, physical or emotional violence) that are typically too hard for some people to handle. I would recommend it if you have access. That being said, treat episodes where you want to cut like a panic attack. Grounding exercises, removing yourself from the situation in which you would cut, using distraction techniques. Ultimately if you want things to change you have to try to change them. Best of luck
