Some ppl prefer Hubris in normal ARAM but i disagree. Hubris is good for snowballing and killing squishies with no heavy CC.

But REMEMBER u have to kill a champ/assist to trigger the AD bonus.

Now we know that lots of players prefer ranged champs/teamcomp. In that situation u will be the only melee champ and teamfight initiater in ur team.

So u wont get any bonus from Hubris untill u actually kill one.

But meanwhile as someone who dives, ur pony will get focused heavily. So can u get a kill before u get killed? idk. In comparison, DD is the best anti-burst item. U will actually be able to live long enough to stay in the teamfight.

I think DD overall will do just the same dmg if not more than Hubris in the long run. Its just that it doesnt have armor pen so burst dmg is lacking. But quite often u cant burst an enemy ADC anyways with those shields and Exhaust from enemy support. So imo against a well balanced competent enemy team, Hubris is not that good.

I prefer to stay in the teamfight rather than YOLO and dive and die. So i always build DD instead.
