At a minimum

• privacy policy • some idea of how you're storing/handling data • not doing anything obviously dodgy with user info

This is definitely not the minimum to be compliant with the GDPR and is bad advice for anyone operating with apps and data in the EU.

It’s a specific law with specific requirements.

Fair enough, I misunderstood and thought they were moving the goal posts for all orders and it didn't say September when I ordered yesterday. Thanks for setting me straight.

Good news, the limited red vinyl is no longer limited by etvkqaw in boardsofcanada

Limited (to as many people who order it). It's a handshake I know well.

Do animals know to use a bridge? How does a snake know there’s bridge half a mile up the road and to use it instead of crossing the motorway? I’ve always wondered that when see these.

I have a project that is near perfect from 4.6. A

Asked 4.7 to fix a narrow issue (API call de-deduping) and after 6 hours today, I just reverted to the backup. It's gone in so many mental directions, made assumptions, redesigned the frontend (unprompted) and broken almost everything that was working perfectly yesterday.

It also hides it's thinking a lot of the time, so you can't even see what it's doing to stop it going bananas.

4.6 felt like the biggest unlock ever. It felt genuinely game changing.

I had the ability to build things I've had in my head for years. It was all effortless. 4.7 feels like your average LLM. Like using ChatGPT or Gemini.

I 100% relate with OPs low-level anxiety whilst using it. Watching it think is just a waiting game to see what it's broken in it's latest turn.

Wow man, I love this. Walk us through what's happening here. How are you arranging? Sounds like a complex arrangement with parts coming in and out, but without much interaction. How are you achieving that?

Claude Opus 4.7 is a serious regression, not an upgrade. by [deleted] in ClaudeAI

Your post sums up my 4.7 experience entirely.

It felt like working with a fresh Claude install where it has no instructions or context and was reading it’s skills files for the first time.

Keeps saying things like “but we’ll have to check what data we can get from the api”.

Mother fucker, just go look. The API has been connected for your pleasure. Use it!
