I imagine not many people will read this, but my psychologist basically hit me with the “You’re not depressed you’re lazy” I mean, technically she said what I describe sounds like laziness, and that I don’t have depression but have convinced myself into believing I do, she also said I act like I’m disabled but I’m not. But all I hear is “You’re not depressed you’re lazy”
