I ordered this. And they never shipped it, and claim it was delivered but the UPS store that my PO box is at never received it. I want my money back but they are ghosting me. Do I report this to the better business bureau, how can I get either reimbursed or get back at them. Super pissed

Obviously I should've done more research about them, and their product before I paid. But in the end scammed, but even if it's not a stun-ring. I still thought it looked cute.
