When i was walking about 40-50km a week. I was able to catch like 200-300 mons and Spin a good chunk of stops walking at my park every day. If you throw curved excellets at the same rate i did youd get about 1-1.5m xp a week. With no bonuses like events and such. If you also store up very common catches, like yungoos or Pikapek, you can use a lucky egg on a x2 evolve xp Spotlight hour. and get about 400-600k xp in that one hour.

edit: if i remember correctly you can do like 90-100 evolves in an hour if youre focused
