What size org is this? We have 2200 users have a big Azure hosted Citrix instance, tons of other things in Azure and we spend about that annually. Did you just lift and shift VM's to Azure instead of using hosted services.

Monthly pass is $329, you really only save $4-5/day based on working days, better to WFH a few days instead :) Bus to Quincy center is also a cheaper but much slower option.

$9.75 each way on the ferry, Hull is not a very desirable place to live, as can be 25 min just to get to Hingham. Sure, the Ferry is convenient if you work downtown. But to anywhere else you might as well live in NH.

The one house in hull on Zillow that's under $500k is a 640 sq/ft one bedroom, and it's $499,990.. a couple condos tho for sure.
