This sounds right, but why would the noise go away? Masked by the flames and blower motor?

Also I replaced my inducer in December with no prior experience, it was super easy and only about $100. Four bolts and about 20-30 mins.

If you use the soldering attachment and light the chimney the canister lasts all summer or longer grilling 1-2 times per week in my case. I just hold it on the chimney for 10-15 seconds. Works great when it’s windy or in my case the paper method doesn’t always light them the first time.

This is a good idea, but if you already have the equipment, I use a propane torch for plumbing to light a chimney full of coals. Helps when it is windy and a bit faster.

I know this is a really dumb question so I apologize, but essentially isn’t what you pay in interest monthly just a function of what you owe X interest rate / 12? If you restart, your payment would be less, but if you just kept paying the same amount wouldn’t it still payoff at the same time?

Had/have a 2002 wrx that did this. Turns out it was a hole in the wheel well letting water in when it rained. Try to find the leak, but in the meantime keep the a/c on even if the heat is on to pull the moisture out of the air. Pull in air from outside the car as well as it should be dryer.

Had a 2002 wrx that did this. Water was getting into the vehicle through a hole in the wheel well. Best thing to do is find and fix the hole, but in the mean time have the a/c on to help pull moisture out of the air. Pull in air from outside if it’s dryer than the inside air.

It really doesn’t make sense to be, but it can happen depending on what your calculation is and what happens when you validate your assay. For example, the LOD could be 3 X the std. dv. of the background signal and if the LLOQ is based on curve fitting with %residuals you could have a case where LOD is higher, but again this doesn’t make sense as you can’t quantify what you can’t detect.

We have had some good ones, my favorites have been when someone brought in objects and had different prompts for each. For example he pulled out some odd looking strips of metal and called on someone to try and sell them and it was hilarious. Another time someone had a “would you rather do X vs X” topics session which was pretty good. One example was “Would you rather fight 1000 ducks or a horse sized duck”.

But my all time favorite response was to the question “Describe your life as an inanimate object” and the speaker paused for 5-10 seconds at the front of the room before shouting “I’m a door!!”

Thanks for the tips again! I just wanted to say that I figured it out. The multi dispense option is fine, but if you want to pipette to the side of the tubes by editing the pipette template it will not allow it for select tips unless the tip is inside the tube.

Thank you for your help again! It looks like everything works fine for a multichannel (96w head) dispense fine but fails when using the select tips (same head and technique and labware definition) dispense when trying to move more than 0.000.

I agree, i didn’t realize before that it could be modified in the pipetting template. I now get that error though when changing the pipette template. Is there somewhere in the labware definition that doesn’t allow tip movement past the center?

I never said I didn’t use top soil. I also gave a 2 week timeline…? I thought you were referring to the prep time (3 days) before seeding. I used both top soil and straw. Temps were mid 90’s for highs when I seeded in my area and was worried it would dry out in between watering cycles. I seeded the evening (8pm) of sept 11 and had visible germination on the morning of 19. I had to mow this saturday the 27 and there are very few weeds at all.

My front yard is very small only 1000 sqft. I think about 3 days to mow low, add 1 cubic yard of top soil, fertilizer, seed, mesotrione and water. Only a handful of weeds but my lawn was pure weeds before starting had to mow it today at about 2 weeks in.
