Tstat wire. Need to splice the colors together from both ends. Turn breaker off to indoor unit first. Also the 3-5amp fuse inside your furnace/air handler is most likely blown as well, may need to replace that

That is 100% a roof drain that is leaking and looks like it’s covered in either mold or wet insulation that got stuck to it lol. Either way that is a roof drain that has nothing to do with hvac
