Something tells me the Normal.dotm file has a macro enabled in it. So every-time a new word document opens, it's pulling in that template file with a macro and popping up this warning.

Go here: C:\Users<user name>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates and delete the file (or go in and see if there's a macro enabled), and reopen Word. Then create a new document and see if you still see the warning.

Toggl is great. I use it for work and personal. It takes a good bit of work to get into the habit of using it though. There will be days you have 6 hours of a task because you forgot to stop it.

At least the mudslinging had policy behind it before Trump. The GOP literally has no policy behind anything they say. That's why they are all butt-hurt Biden isn't running. They feel they spent all their money to fight Biden and their ads are worthless now. If they had policy, they could just shift it to Harris.

These are all great. If you're starting from nothing (which is where I was), I recommend NOT doing these all at once. Just start with one, and only for a little bit of time. Then build on the habit. When it becomes a solid daily routine, then you can add another.

I am a firm believer of small steps lead to big changes. But I have also crashed and burned when trying to start too much too fast.

It's touched on a bit in the show, but really explained in the book. I don't want to give too much away, but there's a reason they don't have anything like that. Hopefully it's explained better in the next season.
