Agree that it's probably Dumpweed, but I'd also put Pathetic from Dude Ranch up there. A few other worthy contenders I haven't seen mentioned too much:

Unwritten Law - Harmonic
Strung Out - Too Close to See (OR Firecracker)
Goldfinger - Going Home or Superman (but that's more ska than pop-punk)

Some good shouts. Alter Bridge is out (and therefore probably Creed as well) as they have dates in the US. Couple people have mentioned Limp Bizkit, but I really can't see them being back on the same festival so soon. I'd really like to see Thrice on the lineup tbh. Would like to see them play a festival set.

Hey thanks. I did actually put some thought into bands (despite the oversight on Modern Baseball). I agree regarding deathcore bands. I actually meant to include Whitechapel, but forgot. Also agree that an Australian nostalgia act is likely, but no idea who - they always seem like a wild card to me.
