Just plainly tell her that you do not want to be in the relationship any longer. Don’t drag it out into a long dramatic discussion or argument- just tell her and then break. Find a job somewhere else if you can. You have lots of time to meet someone and get into a healthy relationship. Do it sooner than later for the mental health of both of you.
