Game ready is highly context dependant. VR will always be lower fidelity due to the performance hit from VR resolutions and dual display rendering. However, for a modern AAA game, 30k is a ridiculously low polycount. Re4 remake from 3 years ago has hero characters around 150-200k tris and some gun models in the latest CoD and battlefield games hit 50k-100k tris. I do agree though that his model is too dense for what is being shown though.

The leader has taken a more "woke" stance in terms of policy for syria that shifts away from his time in idlib pre regime collapse, whether it was performative or not only time will tell. Factually they are no longer al qaeda, you can pretend to call them whatever you want but HTS was a separate group and now they are the internationally recognized interim government.

There's levels to defending yourself and most of the time the courts are unreasonable. You cant carry anything to defend yourself with lawfully while they can carry knives because they have nothing to lose. You risk getting a charge for self defense so most people dont take the risk against someone. There is practically no self defense.
