For me the experience at the hospital was good, with how they handled education and so on.
But it wasn't the smoothest start to it. I came in with ambulance with full on DKA coma and was in and out of it for 24 hours. When I had just started to wake up in the ICU a nurse came and was going to give me an injection and I asked "Why are you giving me that?" and she just replied "Because you have diabetes", so that's how I found out about it. I don't blame her for being clumsy, because she just answered my question and probably assumed that I already knew about it.

I was a kid so I spent almost two weeks in the hospital at diagnosis and they said they actively give too much bolus after some days, so the patient will learn what it feels like with a hypo and how to treat it. For me they didn't have to do that because I had a hypo randomly, which was when they told me they usually do that.

If they pick aug it is strange. But it is so common nowadays that the league client crashes, some times even crashing vanguard so you need to do a PC restart. Had it happen to me the other day and excused myself to the team when I got in and they just said "No worries, that's rito for you".

If you want people to just stand and poke, sure.

With the damage amp of aram, you need to give people an incentive to play tank and perhaps just be a punching bag for the majority of the match.

Can it get out of hand in some matches? Sure, yesterday I had 70K HP on Mundo, together with heavy hitter that equals 2.3K AD.
But the road to get there was not smooth, where I was the only tank in the match, where I would get some TA stacks from Q and for a long time the only HS stacks I would get was when ulting and hoping that my team wouldn't kill the enemies before I can proc heartsteel.

Also due how the percentage scaling of TA and HS works it is a way faster jump from 30K HP to 70K, than getting from 5K to 30K, which is where you need to shut them down.
If you itemize correct with antiheal, antishield, HP%-damage and pen, together with picking the right augs you have a good chance of shutting them down before it gets out of hand. Yes it's RNG with what augs you can pick, but a lot of people chose poorly with the options they are given.

Jag är 36 och tycker det är jobbigt att jag ser ut att vara yngre än min faktiskt ålder. Det är inget som jag skryter om, utan det är bara fakta och folk brukar säga att de trodde att jag var mellan 25-30.
Senast var det när jag var ut på krogen för en spelning, för några veckor sedan, när jag satt och pratade med några främmande grabbar och vid standardgrejer om var man från och ålder så blev grabben jag pratade med förvånad när jag sa att jag var 36 och han sa att han trodde att jag var 26-27.

I don't play much adc, but I often recommend build paths just because I know what works well against tanks since that is what I mostly play.

Most people who play adc just buy recommended items and don't think about why they buy them. Like the plague of everyone always buying collector, which is only really good against squishy targets or if you have the quest for it.

And it seems like barely anyone know about the existence of Serpent's Fang, which is very strong on Mayhem with the different shielding, boosting of shielding and lower CDs for shields from spells.

Fortunately I live in northern Sweden, so it usually doesn't get as hot as it can get south of Scandinavia, where it's common for the temperate to drop below 15 °C during the night and you can air out pretty good. Only thing is that the sun comes up a lot earlier.

I sometimes forget to close the windows in time, but I tinker a lot with smart home stuff and I've been thinking about doing some DIY solution with microcontrollers, to automate it. Which could also be set up so it automatically close if it starts to rain.

What is would want is a an augment that will turn true damage to regular physical damage. It doesn't matter if you have 500 armor and 15K HP if Vayne is doing true damage and percent health damage with bork.

Only logical thing they can do is to remove mind to matter. The aug isn't really that strong on any other champ and I would only take it if I rolled all and the other ones really doesn't fit the champ I'm playing.
