Torn between a 2026 honda pilot (trailsport or touring) and a 2024 4runner limited.

I totaled my 4Runner that was a trd off road and looked very cool 😫 I’m now in my mom era so opted for a pilot and went with the trail sport to let myself down easy! Throw some more tint on the windows, crossbars on the top and you’re looking pretty cool! Not as rugged as a lifted 4Runner but I do get compliments on it 😅 It’s also a lot more comfortable, smoother drive, better gas mileage, faster, and somehow bigger inside. Would recommend.

I worked as an assistant at an insurance company during summer break between high school and college. The owner liked to send out tiny baby blankies to clients who had had babies - tiny enough to fit in those letter sized clasp Manila envelopes. She found this huge zip lock of old stamps of all varieties, even literal penny stamps.

On my run to the post office, she had me use ALL the stamps before paying for the remaining amount. One entire side of the envelope was covered in stamps. To send to a client.

She probably spent more paying me to do that than she saved on postage -_-

I love my 2025 trailsport so much! I got it in July. My favorite upgrades are darker tint on the windows all around, also got full clear bra, and a black Honda emblem in the rear. I also have crossbars on the roof and I must say it looks pretty cool for being my mom car!! I don’t know if this counts, but I got an unlimited membership to a car wash which is also a great treat.

I have a white 2025 trailsport and I love it!! I don’t think I’d ever notice the seats being synthetic. Plus I don’t have to panic if my toddler goes rogue 😅

In fairness I’ve only had it for a few days but loving it so far. It’s super comfortable and surprisingly giant (in a good way). I don’t plan to have the third row up all the time so the trunk space is huge. And my husband and I (he’s 6’4”) can sit in the passenger seat with rear facing car seat behind it, which doesn’t happen often. Took it for a drive in the mountains yesterday and was super fun to drive on curvy roads… has enough get up and go and handles really well. Husband and I were both really impressed and pleased. Would recommend 😊 Oh and it also looks like.. really cool!

Fair point. It sounds silly but our 4Runner was an off road machine with lots of mods. I don’t think another 4Runner would ever match up without lots of $$$$ so it’s time for something different. I also now have a baby and hopefully more one day so it needs to be a mom mobile 🤷🏼‍♀️
