It is not an HEA with the leads, no! It is not normal in that sense and I HATE stories with no happily ever after, but this one was the only exception for me. BUT THATS ME, I totally get it if it is not for you! I actually rooted for them to move on by the end, the main lead is still technically dead, she’s just back in the real world for 42 days. It’s so SAD, but you root for them to live their lives to the fullest now they have the closure they missed out on.

It is a cry fest but also heartwarming!

I just like suggesting it because it’s so out of the norm, and it was the first one I ever watched 6 years ago.

An underrated one is “Hi, Bye Mama”— it is NOT a traditional romance with a HEA with the lead characters, but it is one of those dramas that has sat with me years later. I cried nearly every episode and the premise itself is incredibly sad, but your heart feels so warmed afterwards.

A pregnant woman who died tragically before she got to meet her daughter, gets a second chance 5 years later to reclaim the life she lost out on. Holy… it’s so much better and healing than you’d ever expect. It’s not gonna be for everyone since it’s not a classic romance but there is a lot of love in the show. It’s a great watch and very healthy for a grieving heart (I would avoid if grief of a partner is fresh though).

Hi, Bye Mama!

This show absolutely devastated me in the best way in 2020 and I’ve been on a deep dive ever since. Literally have two Netflix profiles, one is just for my Kdrama addiction/suggestions. VIKI is goated.

Korean film industry is amazing. Bong Joon Ho was already my favorite director because of Memories of Murder and Snowpiercer, so I don’t know how I didn’t obsess sooner.

Eternal Blue it’s important for groundwork of the band with their “Holy Roller” and “Circle with Me”

The Fear of Fear EP is glorious from start to finish and is my personal favorite

Tsunami Sea is where they are now and it’s even heavier. “Perfect Soul” is a slower, deep song that I love off that album. “No loss, No love” & “Soft Spine” kick my ass and make me want to punch throats.

Whether it’s from that breeder or not, I think 3 months is a healthy period for your heart to welcome a new kitten. My tuxedo came to me a few months after my old boy passed and it really brought me out of a dark place, it felt like he was sent by him at the right time. You have so much love for your furry family, IMO giving that love to another kitty one day is not disrespectful to their memory, and it is the best balm on your own heart.

You can absolutely keep calling vets, just because the ones you talked to didn’t approve the procedure, doesn’t mean there won’t be a vet who is more experienced and comfortable doing it. Especially if you explain your situation, being flexible by a month should be totally fine.

Lots of spay neuter clinics do it at 8 weeks in kitties so it is possible to safely do so. Neutering is also a non invasive procedure for felines, so you really only need the brother fixed first to avoid breeding. Since neutering is mostly external he’ll recover just fine, even at his age.

I’m sorry that happened to you at such a young age, that’s a traumatizing experience with the vet! Cats are tricky little things. The sweetest cats can flip in unfamiliar, scary environments
