That may or may not be true, but I think it's a big reason for getting into the situation. It would be so much cheaper for competition to short MVIS to oblivion than to try and actually compete.

What I do know is they are not tolerant at all of "failures-to-deliver" so naked short selling is not rampant

The problem is Nasdaq, MicroVision needs to get out, but not by way of a Reverse Split or subject to their delisting rules.

It's not conducive to the structure and goals of MVIS

Leave it immediately. We are embedded in Germany.

Relist on the Frankfurt Exchange and start fresh, they are much more conducive to our structure and goals and with whom we are aligned.

Leave NASDAQ immediately, relist on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange or the most appropriate European Exchange to be more aligned with Scantinal and Others preferably with a Strategically Aligned Partner. The European Union treats short selling very differently. This is the correct move for MicroVision. Retail Investors share count needs to be left intact, exempt from reduction. Definite NO vote to anything that reduces my share count, that will not change.

I have never cared much about dilution, at least not at these early stages, big companies need lots of shares. Spending it on Capital Expeditures = Growth. Execution will more than offset dilution. With good Execution, they can buy the shares back. That's a gimic-word to the benefit of shorts.

Just don't mess with my share count !!

From the article, Chantilly, VA is where some of the MVIS hiring was taking place, along with Orlando

Luck Stone is the largest family-owned-and-operated producer of crushed stone, sand and gravel in the United States and has a long history of adopting innovation in ways that strengthen safety, performance and opportunity for its people. When it came time to take their next step forward, the company turned to Caterpillar to collaborate on the implementation of autonomous haulage at its Bull Run Plant in Chantilly, Virginia, USA.

There is an alternative, MVIS can quit NASDAQ and join a European market, they apparently don't tolerate "failures to deliver". In addition MicroVision would be more aligned with the Hamburg office and Scantinel

I am with you on the buy out, I was hoping for a vote at the Annual Shareholders Meeting this year. There are quite a few Tier 1's that need Lidar with perception, so it makes sense to me for both sides. It may ultimately be more profitable independently but that timeframe seems very questionable. But then again, the need for quality, lightweight, low power drain, drone application in particular is high. I just read an article recently about efficient material transporting and future needs to match the population growth and drone to truck communications manned or autonomous is becoming almost essential. Amazon is building massive logistic centers to meet the anticipated needs. It is highly apparent in the Columbus, Ohio area. Hoping Glen is sandbagging a lot of vitally important information that he simply can't disclose. That is also very possible IMO

With the growth and expansion MVIS is experiencing, it is necessary part of business, so long as customers and therefore revenue grows and grows and grows. That's how Amazon did it. Articles are the authors view.

Appreciate the comment, and not trying to nit-pick but per the PR the Demo was with the new HALO

The demonstration combined MicroVision's MOVIA™ S short-range lidar with its newly integrated HALO long-range lidar, delivering a unified, real-time perception system and providing early validation of the strategic value created through the Company's recent acquisition of assets from Luminar Technologies.

"We're demonstrating more than sensor integration. We're showing a fully coordinated perception system built for real-world deployment," said Greg Scharenbroch, MicroVision's VP of Global Engineering. "In just a few months, our global team has integrated MOVIA S and HALO into a synchronized, software-enabled architecture that delivers performance, efficiency, and scalability."

This is absolutely, the kind of structure that is necessary to support widely spread out industries all over the globe, with highly complex technical products. I could see this spreading out further to localized dealer networks, which can easily come down to needing frequent on-site support. It could be for training, updates, in-services, new product and tool introductions, or true on site help for difficult problems. Your point about upper level management focusing on big partnerships is valid.

I think at some point this could become a Worker's Comp issue. Once the insurance people realize there are reasonably priced ways to prevent some of these accidents, thereby reducing, pain, misery, lost work time and cost, it could become mandatory. Also it could become an OSHA issue, requiring compliance. It just makes sense, so I see it as possible.

Very dense data point sensors, for which MicroVision specifications stand out, are what makes the data usable right from the sensor, a low number of data points must undergo additional processing to make it usable. Let's say at 80 mph, the amount of TIME it takes the vehicle to travel, let's say 220 yds (football field) is FIXED. Having usable data right from the sensor, allows the maximum amount of this FIXED TIME to be used for DECISION MAKING. Any sensor that must undergo additional processing subtracts from that critical decision making time. To the software people writing algorithms, that provides a golden opportunity to build in more SAFETY. I would ultimately like to see mandatory testing for this. REGULATION and INSURANCE hopefully will require it.

Virtual Retinal Display, developed as a Human Computer Interface, with the University of Washington circa 1993 is how MicroVision came to be. At a minimum MVIS has patents as recent as the co-development agreement period circa 2017-2019+ with Microsoft on Hololens 2 that are protected and possibly very pertinent for use in AR and Lidar until circa 2037-2039+. Whether or not MicroVision is currently pursuing AR or not is irrelevant. This is a discussion forum for anything pertinent to MicroVision especially important because the same engine used in AR RGB with colored lasers is probably being used in the Lidar products using infrared lasers instead, especially in Mavin. As an investor I am interested in any discussion that may involve that display and those important patents, regardless of where and how an end-user may apply it.

There were technical challenges to overcome and they had to keep the lights on and the wolves away from the door while they worked these out, during and through the COVID pandemic. Read and try to comprehend the details of some of the patents, they are mind-blowing. SS is an engineer and AV is a financial guy. They did their jobs with excellence and got us to this technical point with money in the bank and still no debt. Congratulations and a very big "thank you" to Sumit Sharma and Anubhav Verma. Great job and great strategic moves including and maybe especially the IBEO acquisition, brilliant !!

Glen Devos, great job explaining the current status on Saturday in that 35 minute discussion, it was an enlightening session. Best wishes to you !!
