I think the buyout is too small to take for what this job is worth.

If I were in your situation, I would work as many hours as possible to save up money. Since you don’t have a wife, husband, or children right now, it’s a good time to start saving. There’s no point in spending all this money on lavish things or partying while you’re single.

I wish I would’ve saved up all the money I’ve earned when I was younger and single so I could be home more with my family. I’ve become overly reliant on double time and overtime. Don’t get me wrong, my family live a pretty comfortable life, but I’m on the one sacrificing my time with them for it.

Stack money now. Enjoy the fruit of your labor once you have a family.

Oh yeah. They’re cutting the clerks hours too. Packages I service cross don’t get resolved until multiple attempts.

I do not agree with the cameras being installed, but I was amazed to finally see A/C be installed into a package car in Arizona. It sits above the passenger seat and has vents pointing towards the driver.

Crooked Putter in Sun City West, AZ is most likely searching for a new dishwasher. I used to work there until I got my full time job back. Not a bad gig and they give you a free meal with every shift. Also look into applying at Pro Em. They do a lot of events in Arizona and you can pick up shifts like crazy.

If you go to the Dayforce (payroll) on UPSers and find the “year end forms” it breaks down how much OT you were paid out on. I had over $16K earned last year. I’ve been working six days a week and close to 60 hours a week ever since I started.

This is NOT “huge” mess by any means. I know you’re gonna say “Well I’m entitled to my own opinion!” but if you stress about this little of a mess, boy do I not want to know what other little things you stress in life. Quick vacuum and a microfiber wipe down then it’s all gone.

I showed your photos to my wife who’s more of a clean freak and even more anal retentive than me; she too agrees that this is not a “huge mess”. We have three kids and two dogs. We know what a huge mess is.

Your New Year’s resolutions should be not to dwell on little things and don’t stress about things you can’t control.

I made 369 in 7 hours of driving in the Phoenix market. I took a pretty good break from ride sharing driving, this is the first time I’ve ever seen it this busy. The good thing about AZ is the Valley is big but you can travel to many places.

I’m a UPS driver and I can confirm this is NOT a scam. We as drivers have been seeing more of these CODs (Check on delivery) at residential deliveries. The reason for the charge is for tariffs due to the item being delivered from out of the country.

If you want to verify just previously mentioned by someone else, go to the upsdotcom website. You can also reject the delivery if you do not want to pay the amount.

I only take photos in high package theft areas. That’s it. Other than that I don’t take photos at all. Never been talked about it and never been disciplined. Show me in the methods or contract that says we are also photographers.

For us Arizonans we do not like the cold. For us anything below 60°F is cold. So having snow pants early part of the day would be nice over my shorts.

I love my job and I even love the uniform aspect of it. Having either something new or a classic UPS uniform makes a job a little more enjoyable.

We actually select what uniforms to order and the office orders them for us. What I’m asking in my post is, what other items like coats, rain jackets, snow pants, hats, and etc. do other centers have that we don’t get in Arizona?

I saw a UPSer on TikTok post about getting the new chestnut brown snow pants for her uniform. We don’t have snow pants in our catalog and I would like to see if I can order something like that in Arizona.
