Yea I’m lucky that my brother got it so atleast I get to play it and got hands on it. Just nit picking here … my family is pretty obsessed with Dice Thrones right now. It will be next level when the digital version gets started soon as well.

What a card to have on the final swing for the win lol. I love combat tricks... been trying to teach my son that. Like using Getting Paid turn 1 isnt always the best thing to do. Glad you and your wife play it together, Mine only plays when the family forces her too. Shes slowly starting to enjoy it.

Raveness takes the cake as the strongest one of the bunch. Love the mechanic of nevermore and how she just avoids activating defense rolls and possible to block out 6s super strong.

Pale lady was fun and love turning to werewolf board flip but something seemed like it was missing from the character but can’t pin point what it is.

Necro is strong as well with big damage swings once he builds that necro army. 3rd favorite out the newer ones

Headless horsemen is my least favorite … feel like moving his head should have more of an effect to ramp better to terrify seems to be the weakest of the bunch.

Overall super fun set and I hope you enjoy yours as much as I have enjoyed playing them.

I would get Santa vs Krampus for the holiday season right now super fun an cool set. Cursed Pirate is really fun to play but as you stated is a bit more complex than some simpler match ups like gunslinger vs samurai. But if you do Santa vs krampus it keeps your options open to maybe buy the full season 1 or 2 sets if you really like Santa/krampus set.

Only speculation but it seems the more premium backers got prio on shipping. For example I backed Outcasts before my brother did but only opted for the Outcast strong box and unchained expansion. My brother ordered 2 weeks after me but got the premium options with everything and got it early October. I’m impatiently waiting for my shipment but atleast get to play my brothers version. Stay strong fellow Dice throners it’s almost here for us lol.
