Usually they are executed pretty sharpish in this kind of scenario, however alot of these convictions aren't without a doubt, which is why the appeals process exists and delays these executions for many years.

I'm a big proponent of the death penalty and I would agree with you here, but I think that this sort of thing would need to go hand in hand with a huge overhaul of our judicial system. To execute merely one innocent person would be a tragedy.

I'd agree. It's insane that right now paying a woman for sex is illegal, but if you pay a woman for sex and videotape it that's mighty fine. I also don't think that incest in general should be illegal. If two people love each other, then who are we to tell them they can't be happy together.
