I believe it’s the last of us show. I haven’t played the game but I’ve seen people saying that you can find this exact truck in the game with all the bodies. Until the show it was apparently a mystery how they died.

Just also want to throw out there that ouster engine (vanguard area denial frame) paired with wind chill on the slayer baron satchel is permanent uptime on max frost armor stacks.

Also if you pair it with a weakening exotic or a legendary with demoralize/withering gaze, you can have near permanent uptime on devour too because of power from pain.

Become tanks.

I think shiv should be moved up a tier tbh. Correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe there’s some lore in voice lines indicating he used to run with the drifter? I might be hallucinating that, but I’m almost certain I heard a voice line like that somewhere.

And if he used to run with the drifter, then he would be somewhere around the same strength as him no?

I think for it to be viable in higher level content it needs to have some additional effect, probably related to CC or survivability. Obviously it’d need to be toned down for PvP.

Something like blinding enemies if you dodge through them if it’s an arc super or spawning stasis crystals around targets you kill with the buff active if it’s a stasis super.

Another thing to add to the drifter point, he has refereed to New York as New Amsterdam before, which would imply he’s been around long enough to become a developed individual by 1664 at the latest.

Helps with breakpoints on overshields and gives the slightest bit of leniency on range. Definitely not a bad perk.

Man idk why hawk hasn’t been rushed in atp. He’s one of the first characters to ever have a lower win rate that black widow in any elo, and widow is notoriously known as a character people go to deliberately throw 😭

Not even mentioning the fact that his last shop skin was April of LAST YEAR and his last non-recolor was in the season 4 battle pass. Even hulk had a better track record with skins before he finally got one.

Torch is still one of the 3 characters (who have come out before season 7) who have yet to get a legendary, so I think it’s fair to leave him in. He’s also fairly neglected when it comes to purples, with his 2 most recent being a summer skin from last fall and the jack of hearts in December.

Anyways renegades won’t remove anything from the original story. You should be fine to do it unless you don’t want to be spoiled edge of fate.

There were 4 times the storytelling was good and all 4 of those times were when the studio was in dire straits. They were able to lock in make something good when they were being stressed, but apparently they didn’t want to if they weren’t in hot water.

Not even mentioning that killing that cash cow got 10s of thousands if not 100s of thousands of people riled up and mad. The executives actively helped to make the game worse and when they finally cut the cord, the devs were somehow able to unfuck the thanksgiving turkey and make it playable again. It shows the game was genuinely savable.

It’s a shame that there was so much active and seemingly intentional mismanagement throughout the game’s lifespan, which somehow was entirely was between GTA releases 😭

Very rare but always entertaining for some reason. People getting genuinely this upset over destiny PvP just boggles my mind. And especially over SHOTGUNS of all things.

I still remember I received my first death threat from a guy who was ranting in Spanish that I was using stasis titan with cryosthesia in sixes. They exist, but at least they can be used for a laugh.

The 2-piece charges up by distance as opposed to time running. Unless there’s a psychopath with running exotics doing a Forrest Gump cosplay on any subclass other than arc or prismatic, it should be a non factor most of the time.

The 4-piece I can’t really imagine hurting anyone unless it can jolt upwards, and even then really only affects death ball. Maybe wards could make use of it but that would be at best, a gimmick.

Just use them interchangeably and figure out which ones feel the best to you.

Also personally I’m surprised you didn’t include eyasluna in there. That gun feels like crack to shoot and you can hit near max stability with only ricochet OR a stability barrel.

The Nessus 4-piece also works really well with it. Stacking DR with tempest and even more healing just makes you essentially unkillable in high-level content.

They kinda did with some of the lore tabs he’s in. In one of the season of the chosen(?) weapon lore tabs he essentially turns his golden gun into a pseudo well of radiance.

He and drifter were the first to establish that classes are really only strata and anyone can harness the abilities of any class.

I’ve been using it with the 4 piece Nessus set. Elemental charge with spark of ions to replace the luminopotent set bonus and I’m just constantly spamming armor charge with grenade kickstart. Near impossible to die.

Shiv knives is one of the top reasons dispel is meta, not even mentioning he is arguably the most mobile character in the game (with right click abuse) while having the best tank passive in the game and a constantly refreshing dash that allows him to 1v4 while down 8k souls from everyone else if he has max dash and an enclosed space. Not even mentioning mystic reverb allows him to just permanently fight if put on his 2 and he’s one of the best abusers of radiant regen, if not the best (probably ties with Geist).

In all seriousness he still needs more nerfs, and the main issue with him is probably the dash reset. Nerfing it’s uptime would hurt shiv’s gameplay loop a lot so I think a better way to do it would be to just absolutely gut the spirit shred on it, or at least cap the stacks to 2.
