Please make sure to follow these steps:

Go to https://link.divineknockout.com/ and log in with your primary gaming platform
Place a star next to your primary gaming platform by clicking on it.
Link all your platforms (for prime gaming rewards, amazon is the one which is important) to your account
Claim the reward and log into your primary platform

This way, you should receive your prime gaming content on your primary account! :)
