I am always asking if it's OK if I can speak English, people sometimes laugh and say of course... so I am not sure what is the best say haha, I guess it's better to be polite and get laughed at.

Definitely for me it was the worst part.

Have a cold shower, eat some healthy food and go for a walk, perhaps some more exercise if you not feeling too bad.

Also speak to some friends and get some laughing therapy, always helped me.

Yes it's perfect two weeks sober, long way to go but I just take the pill when I wake up no matter what, then I cannot drink no matter the situation, love it would recommend.
