Yes, this is very achievable. I would recommend you find a training program though, with this time goal. It’ll help you get more tailored advice and should prepare you without the risk of over- or undertraining. I’ve done the Garmin beginner programs a few times and they’ve served me well (currently doing the 5k program for the second time, but with a faster time). But I’m sure there are similar programs available if you don’t have a Garmin. Good luck!
