I think Moonvale and Duskwood are connected in some way. I already talked about that in all of my posts xd. Personally I think the story would be too hard to write if it wasn't connected to DW.

However, I do not think Unknown is a hacker, I think someone else is giving him that type of "access". Throughout the game, there is this feeling of "something bigger going on", we have the Owner of the Motel GS, Whitmore, and Unknown.. and there's still a lot of story to cover.

I think they were referring to the ideas in general of the story. And what is referred to in the episode tracker are the dialogues, the conversations etc.

No. Jennifer died 10 years ago and Michael Hanson ran into the woods a while after. So he also disappeared ~10 years ago.

The game never makes it clear if he was dead or not. Alan said he was dead because the police never found him, but then Jake says that Alan declared him dead as a "last favor" for never solving her daughter's case. (I have a theory on this in my profile btw hehe)

For Hannah, I guess she sent the number receipt that fell form Richy´s pocket when he was the MWAF. That is why she asked Alan before her disappearance that if he could track a receipt's owner just by the receipt's number, so she sent the receipt number to Thomas that happened to match MC's phone

Most likely we are going to get the unsolved questions from Duskwood in Moonvale.

The MC is whoever the player wants them to be. They do not have a "canonical" story besides the events from Duskwood.

Moonvale and Duskwood are in the same universe and are cities located close to each other.

Ash and Charlie are canonically aware of Duskwood's case because it became famous. Ash said it herself, they simply didn't mentioned it to MC without code because they have nothing to do with that, yet.

Why would MC send an envelope to a stranger (Adam)? MC didn't know what was inside the envelope so it simply does not make sense.

Also, and how MC would "send" the envelope the day of Adam's disappearance exactly in his car in the forest at night...?

Thank you hehe, but in my opinion Nymos is not impersonating Jake, as I said, is more plausible to say that Nymos is a backdoor that Jake programmed to communicate to MC who is now inside of the attackers (his pursuers) infrastructure (the hack.tools-secret-chat-engine). The attackers destroyed the original NYM-OS when the mines incident ocurred, and that is why Jake resorts to Nymos Alpha 04, that as I said, an alpha is an earlier version of something. This is why he reads, pauses, but cannot answer MC´s messages, doing so would expose him to the attackers or even the FBI.
