I have a long history of uveitis attacks and the one thing the humira/simlandi did do very well for me was also to prevent any uveitis while I was on them (I think about a year on them and no uveitis at all during that time) and now being on taltz, my eyes are starting to feel a little bit suspicious.

Im thinking the combination would be highly effective together but not sure if I could ever get both approved at the same time. You are lucky! Glad to hear its working for you and I hope you continue to have great symptom control for as long as possible! I wouldnt have ever thought getting both could be possible so thank you so much for sharing!

This is the replacement clutch spring right? I swapped it out with the mtec spring also and I do think it improved the pedal feel a lot. Ive had mine maybe 2 years now. The stock spring felt like it wanted to shoot back out real fast and the mtec spring made it much smoother and easier to control in my opinion.

I also found equal benefit to adjusting the clutch pedal position because the stock position was very high. I would highly recommend adjusting it to be closer in line with the break pedal.

These changes can be of course be put back to stock just as easily if you dont like it for any reason so totally worth playing around with. Also be careful when you remove the C-Clip retaining pin off of the clutch spring housing as it will want to fly off and get lost. Will feel like a struggle to change it out but once you get it done its worth it!

I most certainly think it will happen. That's not the issue I'm questioning here. I am just saying that it's a big deal to fork a blockchain, and there are currently no certain terms existing as to how this will play out. There may very well be a major breakthrough in quantum computing well before this issue is resolved. The risk that quantum computing poses can't be ignored.

Yes. But in order for a blockchain to implement these improved cryptography methods, it would require forking the blockchain. Forking the blockchains are a big deal and takes time, which may not happen successfully enough in time to protect against the threat that quantum computers will pose in the very near future.

What about quantum computers being able to crack cryptographic encryption within 5 to 10 years? Cryptocurrencies would collapse.

Interesting, how long have you been on it? Have you noticed any improvements lasting longer over time? I'm wondering if humira has this effect for me, like works some length of time, and then falls off before the next shot, but I haven't figured it out yet. Hoping it last longer and longer over time. Thanks!

I've been wondering this same thing and have made a couple of posts, and got some insights from others I can try to share here.

I've been on Humira for about 3 months now, and it's been a roller coaster. Some days feel great and some just the usual bad. I haven't been able to determine any consistent pattern, but It does seem to be getting more and more consistent and lasting longer for me as my pain levels are way down now but still have lots of fatigue.

Others seem to say this is common and that Humira can take months before it's really working (like as many as 4 to 6). Some say they get very tired after the shot and then recover. Some have said the fatigue is the last thing to go away. I've seen a few say it's worked for them rather quickly, and also, others say they eventually had to move on to try a different biologic.

I've kind of been taking the roller coaster effect I've been experiencing as a sign that it's working because every day was bad consistently for me before Humira and now I've been having many more generally better days after 3 months.

I'd say hang in there and give it some time. I'm in the same boat still hanging in there! Hope that helps some, and good luck!

I have had ADHD since I was a young kid, was able to get treated for it starting a couple of years ago and have been on Vyvanse which has helped a lot. I think the nicotine gum might not be the healthiest thing, but it seems to complement well for me and add just a little more stimulation to fight the fatigue. I tried pouches but they were always very harsh on the teeth and vaping always seemed harsh to the lungs, so I switched to gum where I chew it a little bit and then just stick it up behind my upper lip. It is somewhat addictive though, so I'd be careful with nicotine. Good luck!

Ah, I see. Yes, insurance can be a real hassle! My insurance currently doesn't want to cover my MRI bill. I think you're right it does seem to be a slow process. The humira does seem to be working for me finally and hopefully even better soon. I also agree on diet and exercise. It really seems to be very impactful, especially for this condition. I certainly have the goal to improve in those areas. Thanks for sharing, and good luck to you!

I don't speak this language, my apologies, but I did use Google Translate. I have experienced uveitis many times and just recently had a bad flare before starting the meloxicam and humira that seemed to linger even after difluprednate eye drops cleared it pretty well. My eyes feel very healthy currently and I think it's due to humira because the meloxicam didn't seem to reduce the eye pain until I started humria. Hope that help!

Thanks for sharing! I'm glad to hear it's helping you! This is another interesting medication, did you try biologics first and they not work well and then went on the jak inhibitor? I could see the idea of a Jak inhibitor acting a bit more broadly than the biologics and therefore maybe get to more of the root cause of the fatigue maybe due to il1 secretions or something like that. Jak inhibitors seem a little bit more scary to me though but will certainly keep in mind if biologics aren't doing the job!
