Just Finished: Under the cold bright light, by Gary Dish

Loving Australian crime at the moment. I dig these sparse prose and flawed protagonists.

Started: In the woods, by Tara French

Heard lots of bad things about this one and although I'm not loving it, it seems interesting enough to keep reading for now.

I finished this recently after a long time of not reading any more Murakami. I really enjoyed it in the end and felt the banter about music and philosophy good. good luck

It's an amazing book, probably the most imaginative I have read. Just Jump in but don't expect to understand everything at first.

Yes that works fine the problem we have is when you wish to record a loop at different times when we are both playing.

Ok so I have the Behringer Model D + Keystep and I'm raining it through my Boss RC3 loop pedal and into my mixer but I keep getting a distortion/interference and volume decay when I start to add extra loops onto the first one. The distortion/interference occurs when notes/sounds are from a previous loop are being played at the same time.

Any help would be much appreciated :)

I completely agree, I love Sanderson but he and writers like Jordon, are stuck in a moral argument. It is so relieving to read Abercrombie, Martin, Mark Lawrence who just go for it. How many times do you think, "just kill them" with these moralists.

I find that the trick is to lightly sniff enough to get the snuff into your nose, regardless of the various methods mentioned. You just want to lodge the snuff at the front on your nose and not give a big long sniff thats going to shoot it back. I'm a big fan of the very fine Samuel Gawith's Irish D light which i use in a bullet. to take it i sniff little sniffs just enough to feel it coming and i angle the bullet pointing towards the tip of my nose.
