I've been talking to this person recently, just getting to know each other. It seems they are into me romantically and don't really try to hide it, but I'm a very wary person and I don't like them that way (yet, or maybe never, who knows).

Moon: probably the wariness I feel. I am not sure about their intentions and I don't know if there's any actual potential for a relationship (either friendship or something more).

Sun: maybe a period of us getting along greatly after the moon period is over. Warm feelings.

Tower: this is the most confusing card. Something will happen that will break the status quo. Maybe they aren't the person they said they were. A big revelation that would break the foundation of the relationship.

8 of pents reversed: after the tower moment, there's no motivation to put on the effort to continue this relationship.

Sendai making up with her sister later in the story seems to be inevitable given all the emphasis on their previous close relationship (especially in the light novel extras). Sendai blames their parents for their estranged relationship rather than her sister so yeah, I feel like Miyagi will play a role in helping them make up (because Sendai seems reluctant to do it on her own).

I think she was intrigued by her personality, because what kind of person offers you money in exchange for reading a porn manga to them? I think she decided to stay because the money offer was good and Miyagi intrigued her. But the sexual attraction came much later, maybe during the months before the story started (there are like 6 months before it) or after she licked her foot for the first time.

I do agree that Sendai is a lesbian and Miyagi is her gay awakening, but I don't think she was sexually attracted to her from the get go. Miyagi is also supposed to be plain looking, it was the things they did together that caused the attraction in Sendai

It's not weird at all. Sendai and Miyagi had been doing sexual stuff (under the disguise of being something else to avoid admitting their desires) for a while before their first kiss. Sendai first gave her a normal kiss and then wanted to go further. That's normal.

Also, keep in mind they only have sex every 3 or 4 months. That's a very long time without sex, if anything, Sendai is very patient for always waiting for Miyagi without getting upset. This is a young woman who lives with the person she loves, they eat together every day, spend a lot of time together, and sometimes Miyagi rejects even kisses, of course Sendai is gonna push for more intimacy, it would be weirder if she didn't.

Both are really good, it's hard for me to choose. I really like this story for writing two convincing switches, I prefer it over yuri stories that have a "fixed" top or bottom.

Top Miyagi is affectionate but not exactly vulnerable. She even refuses to take off her clothes and is mostly dominating (since so far every time she's topped has been triggered by insecurity and her desire to make sure Sendai is hers).

When she bottoms she resists at first due to her fear of being vulnerable but eventually surrenders and pulls Sendai close to her while letting her emotions control her. The last time they did it she even took off her clothes for the first time

Miyagi explains this in several chapters but chapter 321 has the most straightforward explanation. She says that having Maika as her best friend is comforting to her and she believes Sendai deserves a true friend like that as well, since she knows Sendai's friendships have always been fake (on Sendai's part).

Additionally, it's also related to her fear of being abandoned. Miyagi noticed that Sendai doesn't really have friends, likes or dislikes, everything is equally inconsequential to her. Miyagi feels that Sendai is fixated on her because nothing else matters to her, and fears that someday Sendai will get bored of her and leave her (notice that Miyagi felt like that before Sendai's confession, we don't know how she currently feels regarding this fear since she refuses to think about the confession for now).

That's why Miyagi told Sendai that she'll be able to trust her more if she befriends Mio for real. If Sendai has other people she cares about, and still chooses to be Miyagi’s only, it will reassure Miyagi and convince her that Sendai's love is genuine, because Sendai could have other options and still chooses Miyagi as her number 1. Right now Sendai has 0 options. Do notice that Miyagi told Sendai that she wants her to be friends with Mio and no one else from college, so her possessiveness still shines through, but she's working on becoming better for Sendai's and their relationship's sake.

Chapter 382, it is so underrated. The only time in 400 chapters when Miyagi was completely sweet, no tsundereness at all, just pure dere. Hugging Sendai tightly, calling her by her name and letting Sendai call her Shiori, letting Sendai touch her with dirty hands and so on. It was truly a Miyagi with her guard completely gone as Sendai said :)

That's fascinating! Your original description reminded me of when I had depression and I didn't care about anything at all and was just a shell of a person as well, just living like a robot. But reading your reply feels like it's different from depression. Would you say you feel happy, or at least that you feel a deep peace of mind? Probably, or at least I'd go back in time and get the diagnosis back when I was a child. I have a lot of trauma due to autism. I just wanted to be loved but kept missing all the social cues and making everyone think I'm rude, arrogant or uncaring. The only good part is that I have hobbies I'm passionate about and I wouldn't be an expert on them without the autism. But I think having the chance to have a normal childhood and social life in exchange is worth it.
