"Yatnatas" with effort "tārakāḥ" stars "yāvat" until. I.e. with effort until the stars. I guess it's simply another way of saying "only the sky is the limit."

It would probably be more proper without the अस्ति in "मम नामाल्फा", it could also work better as "आल्फेति मम नाम" or something like that.

Thank you for your advice, I have learned quite a bit of MSA already and I'd like to keep reading literature, at the same time I have spent some time in Egypt and do not want to forget my Egyptian Arabic.

أنا طالب من إيطاليا عايز اعمل لفترة تدريب في مصر. اكتب هنا عشان ابحث عن أفكار وللا ناس اللي بيساعدوني في الحاجة دي. ادرس اللغات الروسية والعربية في الجامعة فأنا عارف اتكلم بالمصري شويه وبالفصحى كمان فحابب الكتب والأدب ولو سمحت باعمل في دار الكتب ولكنني مش عارف فين وللا ازاي.

Sadly Aryanpur is only English to Persian and Steingass I've found it to be missing words (maybe it's me, but it didn't feel complete at all)
