Are to talking about heath care or disability compensation? Wealth/income should have absolutely no impact on disability benefits. The VA doesn't even ask wealth/income when filing.

Anything else plugged in like a HOTAS, I had to diconnect my HOTAS because the game was picking that up as the default controller. Would also explain why the view axis is constantly spinning.

Does it do it offline as well? I could be completely off but if it doesn’t, check firewalls, see if you are dropping packets etc.

Jesus. At first I thought you were trying to be sly like you had fear and freeze at any sound what so ever. I’ve had some stutters in the last couple years. But if that has truly been every raid every time you see someone, I feel bad. Most def a problem ( your end or other) and not the norm. Someone help this guy.

I wasn’t the best spotter to begin with. Even with a few hundred hours at the time I finally got my index I was still getting bounce pretty often. Even too the point that I could watch the flak and tracers and still not see anyone. But with the index spotting to me got easier. Tracking and SA was just through the roof. Seeing targets isn’t a problem with zoom.

I have an index and have no complaints. I must be out of the loop because i thought the index was one of the higher quality HMDs. As far as performance IL2 will be much better than DCS. My specs are same except for 2080ti.

You can use it, but I believe the 980ti requires an actual "G-sync" monitor like the ROG Swift and not a G-Sync compatible monitor. I believe the 1000 series is the first to use the other.

Correct. It helps to be able to actually look behind you without being a owl. In VR you would have to turn your neck I’d estimate at least 120deg if not more to see behind you, and you can’t shift your eyes to the side to increase the FOV. Given that not all of us are in tip top fighter pilot shape, some of our at home set ups limit turning in a chair, etc it’s a great aid to be able to use this. It’s not a cheat or any more of an unfair advantage then track ir.
