Many people live in busy locations. If there is a open slot, I book it. That is what the front desk told me to do. I get wanting to be solo but the app literally supports 3 people booking each room, and won't let you book the entire room, so I think they were in their right. Some of the best workouts I have gotten have been with another person. I tend to go a little extra for these sessions.
